Complaints
From time to time, parents may wish to raise concerns on behalf of their children. The School welcomes such communication and treats all issues with the utmost seriousness. At St. Hilda’s, all complaints are handled confidentially and with respect. It is the School’s policy that no child will be disadvantaged as a result of a complaint made by their parents.
