Form III were very excited to receive a visit from a local ‘chocolatier’ this week. Last term we read ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’, and learnt all about ‘Cocoa and the History of Chocolate’ in Humanities, so it made perfect sense to conclude these topics, when we were allowed!
The class were able to make their own chocolate lollies, as well as ‘chocolate tasting’. As you can imagine, this was a very popular activity. The class made a range of creative and delicious lollies! Our visitor was very impressed with their knowledge and thought there was certainly more than one or two budding ‘Willy Wonka’s’ in the class!
