The Form IV classroom is situated on the first floor of the original building. Girls may enter the classroom from 8.20am onwards and registration is at 8.45am. Form IV takes the third lunch sitting at 1.00pm. The school day ends at 3.45pm.
There is an increase in specialist subject teaching and Latin is introduced into the Curriculum. A Student’s Diary and Planner are issued to Form IV to help the girls develop their organisational skills and encourage greater independence. Weekly Maths and English homework is given, alongside some homework from other subject areas, notably Science. Most written work is done in ink, with the exception of Maths where pencil is mainly used.
From Form IV onwards, girls are issued with French magazines twice a term.
A wide variety of clubs are available to Form IV both during play and lunchtimes, as well as after school.
