We have a very exciting and busy week ahead of us with four performances of our show ‘The Rainbow Spectacular’, to the big girls in the school and also to our families.
When we arrived on Monday we quickly changed into our costumes and painted our faces ready for the show. We sang and danced beautifully and the whole school loved it. Our teachers are very very proud of us.
After the show we had a lovely playtime and then dashed off for a Music lesson with Mrs Lipman.
On Tuesday some of our families were coming to watch the show. We performed amazingly yet again and are really enjoying being part of the show.
After the show Mrs Lipman came to see us as it was our last Music lesson with her as Nursery girls. She kindly gave us a card with a picture of the show on and also some Smarties. We all said ‘Thank You’ and then gave Mrs Lipman a card that we had made for her. She was delighted.
On Wednesday and Thursday we performed our last two shows. The show has been amazing and we have loved doing it, but we are very tired now.
After our last show we had a special treat snack for all our hard work and Miss Radgman read us some stories and Peter Rabbit’s latest news.
In the afternoons we had a lovely ChIL inside and out with our Reception friends. We painted pictures, made Lego models, made cards for our friends and had a lovely relaxing time.
Friday arrived and what a busy day we had! In the morning, we invited our Mummies and Daddies in to see all our brilliant work – we are sure they were as proud of us as Mrs Radgman and Mrs Matthews. We then went for a quick try out of our Sports Day races and finished the day with a lovely cool dip in the pool!
We can’t believe that the last week of Nursery is upon us!
We have some lovely things planned – Teddy Bear Picnic Day on Monday – don’t forget your teddies girls, a trip to Bekonscot on Tuesday, marble jar treat day on Wednesday (look out for an email about that!) and Sports Day on our final day on Thursday. Get lots of rest girls for a fun filled week!
